Contractual Obligation
Those who have completed their Matriculation, Pre-U, Foundation and Diploma courses , as well as those awaiting to pursue or currently doing their Diploma or Degree programme in the recognised fields at local universities can also apply.
The scholarship is only for full time courses conducted in Malaysia local universities only.
Delloyd Foundation encourages students with physical disability and impairment to apply for this scholarship. Special consideration will be given to the applicants.
This scholarship is offered only once a year, i.e. after the announcement of STPM and SPM results.
Late applications will not be considered.
Applicants are not allowed to change course in the duration of the studies.
The agreed-upon scholarship payment will be paid directly to the institution once a year. All scholars are required to submit their invoice and receipt to Delloyd Foundation for administrative purpose.
This scholarship is not a loan so all scholars don’t have to pay anything back.
Delloyd Foundation scholarship is non-bonding, which means that there is no obligation to serve the Group after graduation. However we welcome all scholars to explore employment opportunities with the Group upon graduation.
Selection Enquiry
If applicant is shortlisted, Delloyd Foundation staff will inform the candidates about the interview date and time. Please make sure that the phone number provided by applicants and email address is correct and contactable.
The interview for short-listed candidates will be held at Delloyd Industries (M) Sdn Bhd headquater in Jalan Kebun, Klang. The interview session itself will last between 20-30 minutes. In addition candidates will have to complete an essay on site.
Undergraduate studies at local university: RM10,000/p.a (tuition fees only)
Delloyd Foundation will provide the scholarship for the entire duration of the course. The amount awarded will be paid out once a year for the entire duration of the course. At the end of each term, a copy of original results must be submitted to the foundation for verification.
Candidates will be evaluated based on their academic performance, financial needs, family background and circumstances, merits, leadership qualities and etc.
All candidates must submit supporting documents only when selected to the interview stage. Candidate’s documents should be photocopied from the original and certified-true-copy by relevant parties like the school or university. Please note that forgery and provision of false information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection.
All candidates’ parents’ household income must not exceed RM5000 per month. Delloyd Foundation will only accept parent’s pay slip such as latest EA form or most recent pay slip. All others will not be accepted.
Delloyd Foundation committee’s decision in all matters pertaining to the selection of the scholarship award is final and no appeal, inquiry or correspondence will be entertained.
